باب تحريم الغيبة والأمر بحفظ اللسان
قَالَ الله تَعَالَى: { وَلا يَغْتَبْ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضاً أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ لَحْمَ أَخِيهِ مَيْتاً فَكَرِهْتُمُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ رَحِيمٌ} [ الحجرات: 12] وقال تَعَالَى: { وَلا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْؤُولاً} [ الإسراء: 36] وقال تَعَالَى: { مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ} [ ق: 18] . اعْلَمْ أنَّهُ ينبغي لك مُكَلَّفٍ أنْ يَحْفَظَ لِسَانَهُ عَنْ جَميعِ الكَلامِ إِلاَّ كَلاَماً ظَهَرَتْ فِيهِ المَصْلَحَةُ, ومَتَى اسْتَوَى الكَلاَمُ وَتَرْكُهُ فِي المَصْلَحَةِ, فالسُّنَّةُ الإمْسَاكُ عَنْهُ لأَنَّهُ قَدْ يَنْجَرُّ الكَلاَمُ المُبَاحُ إِلَى حَرَامٍ أَوْ مَكْرُوهٍ, وذَلِكَ كَثِيرٌ في العَادَةِ, والسَّلاَمَةُ لا يَعْدِلُهَا شَيْءٌ.
1511 وَعنْ أَبي هُريْرَةَ رضي اللَّه عنْهُ عَنِ النَّبيّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قَالَ: "مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَليقُلْ خَيْراً، أوْ ليَصْمُتْ" متفقٌ عَلَيهِ.
وَهذا الحَديثُ صَرِيحٌ في أَنَّهُ يَنْبغي أنْ لا يتَكَلَّم إلاَّ إِذَا كَان الكَلامُ خَيْراً، وَهُو الَّذي ظَهَرَتْ مصْلحَتُهُ، وَمَتى شَكَّ في ظُهُورِ المَصْلَحةِ، فَلا يَتَكَلَّمُ.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must either speak good or remain silent."

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), le Prophète (bsdl) a dit: «Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il dise une bonne chose ou se taise».
1512 وعَنْ أَبي مُوسَى رضي اللَّه عَنْهُ قَال: قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أيُّ المُسْلِمِينَ أفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: "مَنْ سَلِمَ المُسْلِمُونَ مِن لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ". متفق عَلَيْهِ.

Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him): "Who is the most excellent among the Muslims?" He said, "One from whose tongue and hands the other Muslims are secure."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Abou Musa (das) rapporte: «Je dis une fois: «O Messager de Dieu ! Quel est le meilleur Musulman?» Il dit: «Celui dont les Musulmans (ou les gens) sont à l"abri de sa langue et de sa main».
1513 وَعَنْ سَهْلِ بنِ سعْدٍ قَال: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: "مَنْ يَضْمَنْ لِي مَا بيْنَ لَحْيَيْهِ وَمَا بيْنَ رِجْلَيْهِ أضْمنْ لهُ الجَنَّة". متفقٌ عليهِ.

Sahl bin Sa'd (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Whosoever gives me a guarantee to safeguard what is between his jaws and what is between his legs, I shall guarantee him Jannah."

Selon Sahl Ibn Sa"d, le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «Celui qui me garantit ce qu"il a entre ses deux mâchoires (sa langue) et entre ses deux jambes (son sexe), je lui garantis le Paradis».
1514 وَعَنْ أَبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي اللَّه عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم يَقُولُ: "إنَّ الْعَبْد لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالكَلِمةِ مَا يَتَبيَّنُ فيهَا يَزِلُّ بهَا إِلَى النَّارِ أبْعَدَ مِمَّا بيْنَ المشْرِقِ والمغْرِبِ". متفقٌ عليهِ.
ومعنى:"يَتَبَيَّنُ"يَتَفَكَّرُ أنَّهَا خَيْرٌ أمْ لا.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Prophet (Peace be upon him) saying, "A person utters a word thoughtlessly (i.e., without thinking about its being good or not) and, as a result of this, he will fall down into the fire of Hell deeper than the distance between the east and the west."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Abou Hourayra (das) rapporte qu"il a entendu le Prophète (bsdl) dire : «L"homme prononce certainement un mot sans bien y réfléchir et ce mot le fait glisser dans le Feu plus loin que la distance qui sépare l"Orient de l"Occident».
1515 وَعَنْهُ عن النبيّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قَالَ: "إنَّ الْعَبْدَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالكَلِمةِ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ تَعَالى مَا يُلقِي لهَا بَالاً يَرْفَعُهُ اللَّه بهَا دَرَجاتٍ، وَإنَّ الْعبْدَ لَيَتَكلَّمُ بالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللَّهِ تَعالى لا يُلْقي لهَا بَالاً يهِوي بهَا في جَهَنَّم" رواه البخاري.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, "A man utters a word pleasing to Allah without considering it of any significance for which Allah exalts his ranks (in Jannah); another one speaks a word displeasing to Allah without considering it of any importance, and for this reason he will sink down into Hell."

Selon lui encore, le Prophète (bsdl) a dit: «L"homme dit sûrement une parole digne de la satisfaction de Dieu sans lui prêter la moindre attention et voilà que Dieu l"élève à cause d"elle de plusieurs degrés. Et l"homme dit sûrement une parole provoquant la colère de Dieu sans lui prêter la moindre attention et voilà qu"elle le fait plonger dans l"Enfer». (Rapporté par Al Boukhàri)
1516 وعَنْ أبي عَبْدِ الرَّحمنِ بِلال بنِ الحارثِ المُزنيِّ رضي اللَّه عَنْهُ أنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قالَ: "إنَّ الرَّجُلَ ليَتَكَلَّمُ بالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ رِضْوانِ اللَّهِ تَعالى مَا كَانَ يَظُنُّ أنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بلَغَتْ يكْتُبُ اللَّه لَهُ بهَا رِضْوَانَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يلْقَاهُ، وَإنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بالكَلِمةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللَّه مَا كَانَ يظُنُّ أنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بلَغَتْ يكْتُبُ اللَّه لَهُ بهَا سَخَطَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يلْقَاهُ".
رواهُ مالك في"المُوطَّإِ"والترمذي وقال: حديثٌ حسنٌ صحيحٌ.

Abu 'Abdur-Rahman Bilal bin Al-Harith Al-Muzani (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "A man speaks a good word without knowing its worth, Allah records for him His Good Pleasure till the day he will meet Him; and a man utters an evil word without realizing its importance, Allah records for him His displeasure till the day he will meet Him."
[Imam Malik and At-Tirmidhi].
Selon Bilâl Ibn Al Hàreth (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «L"homme prononce certainement une parole digne de la pleine satisfaction de Dieu sans penser qu"elle atteindrait une telle importance. Dieu lui écrit pourtant à cause d"elle Sa pleine satisfaction jusqu"au jour où il Le rencontrera. L"homme prononce certainement une parole provoquant la colère de Dieu sans penser qu"elle atteindrait une telle importance. Dieu lui écrit pourtant à cause d"elle Sa colère jusqu"au jour où il Le rencontrera». (Rapporté par Màlek et Attirmdhi)
1517 وعَنْ سُفْيان بنِ عبْدِ اللَّهِ رضي اللَّه عنْهُ قَال: قُلْتُ يَا رسُولَ اللَّهِ حَدِّثني بأمْرٍ أعْتَصِمُ بِهِ قالَ:" قُلْ ربِّي اللَّه، ثُمَّ اسْتَقِمْ"قُلْتُ: يَا رسُول اللَّهِ مَا أَخْوفُ مَا تَخَافُ عَلَيَّ؟ فَأَخَذَ بِلِسَانِ نَفْسِهِ، ثُمَّ قَال:"هَذَا". رواه الترمذي وقال: حديثٌ حسنٌ صحيحٌ.

Sufyan bin 'Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Tell me, of something to which I may remain steadfast." He (Peace be upon him) said, "Say: My Rubb is Allah and then remain steadfast." Then I said: "O Messenger of Allah! What do you fear most about me?" He took hold of his own tongue and said: "This."
[At-Tirmidhi].
Soufyàn Ibn "Abdullàh (das) rapporte: «J"ai dit: «O Messager de Dieu ! Parle-moi d"une chose me mettant à l"abri de l"erreur». Il me dit: «Dis: «Mon Seigneur est Dieu», et prends la ligne droite». Je dis: «O Messager de Dieu! Quelle est la chose que tu crains le plus pour moi?» Il saisit sa propre langue et me dit : «Celle-ci». (Rapporté par Attirmdihi)
1518 وَعَن ابنِ عُمَر رضي اللَّه عنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رسُولُ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: "لا تُكْثِرُوا الكَلامَ بغَيْرِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ، فَإنَّ كَثْرَة الكَلامِ بِغَيْرِ ذِكْرِ اللَّه تَعالَى قَسْوةٌ لِلْقَلْبِ، وإنَّ أبْعَدَ النَّاسِ مِنَ اللَّهِ القَلبُ القَاسي". رواه الترمذي.

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Do not indulge in excessive talk except when remembering Allah. Excessive talking without the Remembrance of Allah hardens the heart; and those who are the farthest from Allah are those whose hearts are hard."

Selon Ibn "Omar (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «N"abusez pas du parler où l"on n"évoque pas Dieu, car l"excès du parler où l"on n"évoque pas Dieu exalté rend le cœur dur. Or l"homme le plus éloigné de Dieu est celui qui la le cœur dur». (Rapporté par Attirmidhi)
1519 وعنْ أَبي هُريرَة رضي اللَّه عَنهُ قَالَ: قال رسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: "مَنْ وَقَاهُ اللَّه شَرَّ مَا بيْنَ لَحْييْهِ، وشَرَّ مَا بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهِ دَخَلَ الجنَّةَ" رَوَاه التِّرمِذي وقال: حديث حسنٌ.

Selon Abou Hourayra (das), le Messager de Dieîr{BSDL) a dit: «Celui que Dieu a préservé du mal de ce qu"il a entre ses deux mâchoires (sa langue) et ce qu"il a entre ses deux jambes (son sexe) entrera sûrement au Paradis». (Rapporté par Attirmidhi)
