Hadith 1768 - Bab 349 (Prohibition for a Slave to run away from his Master)
Chapter 18 (The Book of the Prohibited actions)
Jarir bin Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "If a slave runs away from his master, his responsibility to him is absolved."

Selon Jarir (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «Tout esclave qui quitte son maître sans sa permission devient renié par ma communauté». (Rapporté par Moslem)
وفي روَاية:"فَقَدْ كَفَر".

Jarir bin Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, "When the slave runs away from his master, his Salat (prayer) will not be accepted."
[Muslim].
Another narration is: "He is guilty of disbelief (i.e., in case he believes in the lawfulness of doing so)."
Selon lui encore, le Prophète (bsdl) a dit: «Quand l"esclave quitte son maître sans sa permission, Dieu ne lui agrée plus sa prière». Dans une autre version: «II devient mécréant».
