: : هذه القراءةُ حاسوبية، وما زالت قيدُ الضبطِ والتطوير،    1609 عنْ أَبي هُريْرة رضي اللَّه عنْهُ قَال: بعثنا رسُولُ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم في بعثٍ فَقال: " إنْ وجدْتُم فُلاناً وفُلاناً"لِرجُلَيْنِ مِنْ قُريش سمَّاهُمَا"فأحْرِقُوهُمَا بالنَّارِ"ثُمَّ قَال رسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم حِينَ أردْنا الخُرُوج:"إنِّي كُنْتُ أمرْتُكمْ أنْ تُحْرقُوا فُلاناً وفُلاناً، وإنَّ النَّار لا يُعَذبُ بِهَا إِلاَّ اللَّه، فَإنْ وجَدْتُموهُما فَاقْتُلُوهُما" رواه البخاري.

Hadith 1609 - Bab 283 (Prohibition of Chastisement with Fire)
Chapter 18 (The Book of the Prohibited actions)

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) sent us on an expedition and said to us, "If you find so- and-so (he named two persons belonging to the Quraish) commit them to the fire." When we were on the verge of departure, he said to us, "I ordered you to burn so-and-so, but it is Allah Alone Who punishes with the fire. So if you find them put them to death."

[Al- Bukhari].

Abou Hourayra (das) rapporte: «Le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) nous envoya une fois dans une expédition militaire. Il nous dit: «Si vous trouvez untel et " untel (deux hommes de Qoreysh qu"il avait nommés), brûlez-les avec  le feu». Puis, quand nous fûmes sur le point de partir, il nous dit: «Je vous avais ordonné de brûler untel et untel, or seul Dieu torture par le feu. Si vous les trouvez, tuez-les». (Rapporté par Al Boukhâri)

: : هذه القراءةُ حاسوبية، وما زالت قيدُ الضبطِ والتطوير،    1610وعن ابنِ مسْعُودٍ رضي اللَّه عنْهُ قَال: كُنَّا مَعَ رسُولِ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم في سفَر، فَانْطَلَقَ لحَاجتِهِ، فَرأيْنَا حُمَّرةً معَهَا فَرْخَانِ، فَأَخذْنَا فَرْخيْها، فَجَاءتْ الحُمَّرةُ تَعْرِشُ فجاءَ النَّبيُّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم فَقَالَ: "منْ فَجع هذِهِ بِولَدِهَا؟ رُدُّوا وَلَدهَا إليْهَا "وَرأى قَرْيَةَ نَمْلٍ قَدْ حرَّقْنَاهَا، فَقال: "مَنْ حرَّقَ هذِهِ؟ "قُلْنَا: نَحْنُ. قَالَ:"إنَّهُ لا ينْبَغِي أنْ يُعَذِّب بالنَّارِ إلاَّ ربُّ النَّارِ". رواه أَبُو داود بإسناد صحيح.
قَوْله:"قَرْيةَ نَمْلٍ"معناهُ: موْضِعُ النَّمْلِ مَع النَّملِ.

Hadith 1610 - Bab 283 (Prohibition of Chastisement with Fire)
Chapter 18 (The Book of the Prohibited actions)

Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: We were with the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) in a journey when he drew apart (to relieve nature). In his absence, we saw a red bird which had two young ones with it. We caught them and the red mother bird came, beating the earth with its wings. In the meantime the Prophet (Peace be upon him) returned and said, "Who has put this bird to distress on account of its young? Return them to her." He (Peace be upon him) also noticed a mound of ants which we had burnt up. He asked, "Who has set fire to this?" We replied: "We have done so." He (Peace be upon him) said, "None can chastise with fire except the Rubb of the fire."

Ibn Mas"ùd (das) rapporte: «Nous étions en voyage avec le Messager de Dieu (bsdl). Il s"en alla faire ses besoins. Nous vîmes alors un oiseau avec ses deux petits. Nous prîmes les deux oisillons et leur mère se mit à voler au-dessus de nos têtes. A ce moment arriva le Prophète (bsdl) qui dit: «Qui a fait de la peine à cet oiseau en lui prenant ses petits? Allez, rendez-lui ses enfants!». Il vit aussi une colonie (village) de fourmis que nous avions brûlée. Il dit: «Qui a brûlé cette colonie?» Nous dîmes: «Nous». Il dit: «II n"appartient qu"au Maître du Feu de tourmenter par le feu». (Rapporté par Abou Dawùd)
